東日本と西日本で猛暑日の予想も 残暑続き熱中症対策を
3連休最終日の15日も広い範囲で高気圧に覆われて気温が上がり、東日本と西日本では猛暑日が予想されているところがあります。残暑が続く中、引き続き熱中症対策を徹底してください。

14日は静岡県と高知県、宮崎県で日中の最高気温が35度以上の猛暑日と厳しい残暑となりましたが、気象庁によりますと3連休最終日の15日も広い範囲で高気圧に覆われて晴れ、気温が上がる見込みです。
日中の最高気温は、名古屋市と静岡県浜松市で36度、岐阜市と大阪市、京都市、大分県日田市、宮崎県都城市で35度と猛暑日が見込まれているほか、甲府市や高松市、山口市で34度などと厳しい暑さが予想されています。
熱中症の危険性が極めて高くなるとして、東海から沖縄にかけての13の県に「熱中症警戒アラート」が発表されています。
室内ではエアコンを使用し、こまめに水分や塩分を補給するなど熱中症への対策を徹底するようにしてください。
また、日本付近にかかる前線の影響はしだいに弱まりますが、東日本から西日本では気温の上昇や湿った空気の影響で、15日は局地的に雨雲が発達し激しい雨や非常に激しい雨が降るところがある見込みで、低い土地の浸水や川の増水、土砂災害に十分注意が必要です。
また、気圧の谷の影響を受ける北海道も含めて、局地的に大気の状態が非常に不安定となるところがある見込みで、気象庁は落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風、ひょうに注意するよう呼びかけています。
