東京都、生成AI共通基盤「A1(えいいち)」 都職員6万人が利用
東京都は、職員自らが業務に活用するAIアプリを開発できる共通基盤「生成AIプラットフォーム」の本格運用を開始し、名称を「A1(えいいち)」に決定した。2025年9月から業務の生産性向上のため、試行運用を続けていたもの。
東京都デジタルサービス局とGovTech東京が連携し、内製で整備・構築した。これにより、職員自らが業務課題に即したAIアプリを迅速に開発できる環境を整備し、行政業務の生産性向上と都民サービスの質的向上を目指す。
開発したAIアプリは組織内で共有できるほか、他の自治体でも再利用が可能で、自治体間の「デジタル公共財」となることが期待される。
「A1(えいいち)」の名称は、渋沢栄一が近代産業の基盤を築いたように、AIアプリを生み出し、業務効率向上や都民サービス変革の基盤となることを目指して設定された。
「A1」では、業務に有用なアプリをノーコードで開発可能。庁内での共通利用を進めているアプリとして下記の実例がある。
・契約に係る仕様書案の作成を支援するアプリ
・AI導入・活用時に対応すべきポイントなどをサポートするアプリ
・都議会議事録等をもとに答弁検討に係る作業を支援するアプリなど
