石破首相 きょうからベトナムとフィリピンを訪問
石破総理大臣は、27日からベトナムとフィリピンを訪問します。アメリカの関税措置による世界経済への影響などをめぐり首脳間で意見を交わすとともに、海洋進出を強める中国を念頭に安全保障分野の協力強化も図りたい考えです。
石破総理大臣は、27日から4日間の日程でベトナムとフィリピンを訪問し、それぞれ首脳会談を行うことにしています。
この中では、アメリカ・トランプ政権の関税措置が世界経済や多角的な自由貿易体制に及ぼす影響などをめぐって意見を交わし、アメリカ側の主張などに関する情報も共有することにしています。
また、中国が海洋進出を強めていることを念頭に、法の支配に基づく自由で開かれた国際秩序の重要性を訴え、安全保障分野の協力強化も図りたい考えです。
石破総理大臣が東南アジアを訪れるのは、就任直後の去年10月とことし1月に続いて3回目です。
アメリカや中国などの動向もあって世界情勢の不透明感が増す中、石破総理大臣としては成長を続ける東南アジアの国々との連携を強化することで地域の平和と安定や国際秩序の維持・強化を主導するねらいがあるものとみられます。
