立民 野田代表 “原則1年 食料品の消費税ゼロ 参院選公約に”
立憲民主党の野田代表は、食料品にかかる消費税率を原則1年間に限ってゼロ％に引き下げ、その後、給付や所得税の控除を行う「給付付き税額控除」に移行するなどとした案を、夏の参議院選挙の公約に盛り込む考えを示しました。
