石破首相 “予備費で新たな交付金 能登半島「創造的復興」を”
能登半島の復旧・復興に向けて石破総理大臣は、今年度予算の予備費で500億円を措置する新たな交付金を活用して景観や町並みを再生し、「創造的復興」のモデルケースとするよう閣僚に指示しました。
政府は28日の閣議で能登半島の復旧・復興を支援するため今年度予算の予備費の支出を決定し、これに先立って総理大臣官邸ですべての閣僚をメンバーとする本部の会合を開きました。
この中で石破総理大臣は「石川県はことしを『復興元年』と位置づけている。政府も一丸となり、活気ある町並みと人々の笑顔を取り戻すため、生活となりわいの再建や『創造的復興』に取り組みたい」と述べました。
そのうえで、予備費で500億円を措置する新たな交付金を活用して景観や町並みを再生し、「創造的復興」のモデルケースとするよう閣僚に指示しました。
また、建物の公費解体を目標とすることし10月までに終えることや、道路や漁港などのインフラの復旧工事を早急に進めることも求めました。
さらに、被災地の人たちに希望を持ってもらえるよう石川県などが進める国の特別天然記念物のトキを放鳥する取り組みを支援していく考えを示しました。
そして「被災者の声を聴きながら政府一丸となって被災地の復旧・復興に全力で取り組んでいく」と強調しました。
