東京地区の卵の価格 9月としては最高値に

9月の卵の平均卸売価格は、ことしの初めにかけて発生した鳥インフルエンザの影響で、統計が公表されている1993年以降、9月としては最も高くなりました。業界関係者は、需要が高まる年末にかけて高止まりした状態で推移するとみています。

卵の卸売価格の目安となる「JA全農たまご」が発表した東京地区の9月の平均価格は、Mサイズ1キロあたり320円と11か月連続で前の年の同じ月より値上がりしました。

値上がりの幅は64円で、統計を公表している1993年以降、9月としては最も高くなりました。

農林水産省は、去年の秋からことし初めにかけて鳥インフルエンザが相次いで多くのニワトリが処分され、今も前の年に比べて卵の供給が減っていることが価格の上昇につながっているとしています。

このほかの地域でも、卵の平均価格はMサイズ1キロあたり、大阪地区が325円、名古屋地区が331円、福岡地区が330円と、前の年と比べて69円から74円値上がりしました。

今後の卵の価格について業界関係者は、クリスマスケーキやおでん向けなどの需要が高まる年末にかけて、高止まりした状態で推移するという見通しを示しています。
