韓国 “北朝鮮軍幹部含む部隊 ウクライナの戦線に移動か”
北朝鮮の部隊のロシアへの派遣をめぐって、韓国の情報機関は、軍の幹部を含む部隊の一部が、ウクライナとの戦線に移動した可能性があるという見方を示しました。
韓国の情報機関、国家情報院は29日、北朝鮮の部隊のロシアへの派遣をめぐる分析について国会議員に報告しました。
報告を受けた議員によりますと、国家情報院は、軍の幹部を含む部隊の一部が、ウクライナとの戦線に移動した可能性があると説明したということです。
また、ロシア軍がロシアの軍事用語を教えているものの、北朝鮮の兵士が理解するのに苦労していて、意思疎通に課題があるとみられるとしています。
さらに、北朝鮮のチェ・ソニ外相が、ロシアを公式訪問するために、首都ピョンヤンを出発したと伝えられたことについては、「追加派兵や、その対価などについての協議のためとみられる」と明らかにしたということです。
一方、北朝鮮がことし5月に打ち上げに失敗した軍事偵察衛星について、「ロシアとの軍事協力により、再び打ち上げる準備を進めているようだ」と分析したということです。
国家情報院は、来週投票が行われるアメリカ大統領選挙のあとに、7回目の核実験を行う可能性も念頭に、監視を続けていると説明したということです。
