IDCフロンティアは14日、クラウドサービス「IDCFクラウド」の一部システムに対する不正アクセスによる障害についての現状を第5報として発表した。対象である東日本リージョン1の一部に保管されている顧客データについては、「外部へのデータの流出はなかったと判断」しているほか、これまで、データの取り出しや復元は困難と見込んでいた、バックアップデータの一部においても安全性を確認し、復旧見通しとしている。不正アクセスによる障害は10月7日3時40分頃に発生し、14日20時時点でも継続しており、影響範囲はIDCFクラウドを契約している495の企業や自治体などに及んでいる。7日の第2報ではランサムウェア被害によるものと発表し、8日の第3報では「データの取り出しや復元が困難な見通し」としていた。その後、外部のセキュリティ専門企業と連携し、影響範囲や侵入経路などについて調査を進めてきたが、障害の影響を受けた東日本リージョン1の一部(teslaゾーン/henryゾーン/pascalゾーン/jouleゾーン)の顧客の仮想サーバー内に保存されていたデータの照会や、外部へ持ち出されたことを示す痕跡などを裏付ける事実は確認されなかったという。また、これに起因する情報の不正利用やその他の二次被害も、現時点では確認されていないため、IDCフロンティアとしては「外部へのデータの流出はなかったと判断している」とした。なお、東日本リージョン1のその他のゾーンや、東日本リージョン2、東日本リージョン3、西日本リージョン1については、障害によるサービスの影響はないが、安全性を確認する目的で調査を継続している。バックアップデータの取り出し・復元の見通しについても進捗があった。これまで、顧客データの取り出しや復元は困難と見込んでいたが、外部のセキュリティ専門企業と連携し、バックアップデータの安全性が確認できたという。これにより、障害の影響を受けた495の企業・自治体のうち、IDCFクラウドの「スナップショット機能」を利用していた194の利用者について、バックアップデータの取り出しが可能と確認。現在、取り出したデータの復元の可否やデータ提供方法について、顧客に個別に連絡しているという。なお、利用者が仮想サーバーの起動や請求情報の確認等に利用する「IDCFクラウドポータル」において、48社の登録情報について不正な照会が行なわれたことも確認された。不正に照会された情報には、担当者の個人名を含む可能性があるメールアドレスが2社(各1件)含まれている。ただし、情報が外部へ持ち出されたことを示す痕跡は確認されていないという。不正に照会された情報は以下の通り。・契約時に設定した企業名・IDCFクラウドポータルのログインに使用するID ・IDCFクラウドポータルのログインに使用するパスワード(復元困難かつランダムなハッシュ値) ・契約関連およびサーバーの稼働状況の通知先情報(企業メールアドレス) ・サービスの月額利用料金の合計額
