ANA、国内線・国際線全クラスのWi-Fi拡充 動画視聴可能に
ANAは、国内線・国際線の機内Wi-Fiサービスを拡充し、全クラス無料で動画視聴可能な環境を提供する。

国内線は、6月13日から通信帯域を拡大し、YouTubeやNetflixなどのストリーミング配信による動画視聴サービスが利用可能になる。
これに伴い、個人シートモニターのない国内線機材でのオーディオサービスは6月末で終了する。
対象機材はDash 8-400を除く国内線機材と、A320neo(146席)国際線機材。A320neoの国際線運行時は機内Wi-Fiサービスは利用不可。
国際線はこれまでに、24年8月にビジネスクラスでWi-Fi無料化、同年10月にプレミアムエコノミー/エコノミークラスのテキスト通信無料化を行なってきた。
今回、サービスを一時休止していたB767-300ER(202席)国際線機材において、米Viasatの最新機内インターネット機器へ改修し、8月より順次サービスを再開。改修後は全クラス無料で、ストリーミング配信による動画視聴サービスも利用できる高速機内Wi-Fiサービスを提供予定としている。
当面はB767-300ER(JA625A)1機でサービスを開始し、25年度内に3機、26年度内に全6機の改修を完了・サービス提供開始予定となる。
今後導入する国際線新造機、およびB767-300ER以外の既存機についても順次最新の機内インターネット機器へ改修。2030年末までに8割以上の国際線機材で「全クラス無料・高速インターネット環境」とする計画。
