小池都知事 維新の「副首都」“さまざまな観点から議論必要”
参議院選挙で日本維新の会が公約に掲げた災害時に首都の中枢機能を代替できる「副首都」について、東京都の小池知事は8日、記者会見で「首都機能を分散させるような話についてはさまざまな観点からの議論が必要だ」と述べ、けん制しました。
参議院選挙で日本維新の会は公約として、災害時に首都の中枢機能を代替できるようにして、東京一極集中から多極型の社会にする「副首都」を訴えていて、これに対して石破総理大臣は8月4日の衆議院の予算委員会で「法律に基づいて議論する体制の構築が一刻も早く必要だ」と述べました。
これについて、東京都の小池知事は8日の記者会見で「私は、昨年も都知事選で『首都防衛』を訴え、建物の耐震化、インフラの強じん化と首都を守るため都としてなすべきことをやっている」と述べました。
そのうえで「首都直下地震などへの災害リスクを理由に、首都機能を分散させるような話については、さまざまな観点からの議論が必要だ」と述べ、一連の動きをけん制しました。
