実父から性的暴行の裁判 被害女性「人生が終わった」富山
9年前、富山県で、実の父親から性的暴行を受けたとして、25歳の女性が実名で被害を訴えた事件で、起訴された父親の裁判に女性が証人として出廷し、当時の心境について「絶望的で人生が終わったと感じた」と述べました。
富山県の元会社役員、大門広治被告（53）は2016年、当時、高校生だった娘の福山里帆さん（25）に性的暴行をした罪に問われています。
この事件をめぐっては、福山さんが去年3月に実名で会見し被害を訴えていて、去年12月の初公判で被告は性交渉をしたことは認めた一方「娘は抵抗できない状態ではなかった」などと無罪を主張しています。
11日の裁判では、検察側が求めた証人として福山さんが出廷しました。
証人尋問で福山さんは、中学2年生の時に父親から初めて性行為をされた時の心境について「絶望的で、人生が終わったと感じた」と述べました。
また、検察官から高校生のときの状況を問われると「暴力をふるわれたり、食事を抜かれたりすることがあった。拒んだら妹に危害が加わるかもしれず、学校にも通えなくなると思った」などと証言しました。
福山さんは当時の状況を証言する途中で体調がすぐれなくなり、一時、休廷する場面もありました。
午後には被告の弁護士と裁判官が質問する予定です。
