■「自粛破り」が横行し、架空の高金利預金で金銭詐取も　その一方で、一部の現場ではライフプランナー(LP)と呼ぶ営業社員の一部で、必要な事前承認を得ずに営業をかける「自粛破り」が横行。さらに今年8月には、神奈川県の支社に所属していたLPが、架空の高金利預金があるなどとうたって、顧客などから金銭をだまし取っていたと発表している。　金融庁は1月末から立ち入り検査に踏み切っており、調べを進める中で、不正防止に向けた内部管理体制に大きな欠陥があると判断。保険販売時に、顧客に対して商品などにおける必要な情報を提供しない「情報提供義務」の違反事例も多数発覚しており、募集管理体制にも不備があると見ている。

　またプルデンシャル生命は、今年2月に経営陣を一新しているが、金融庁は「得丸社長らの体制では抜本改革は難しい」(金融庁幹部)との見方に傾いている。行政処分に伴って、今後さらなる経営体制の変更を迫られる可能性がある。
